Summer Play Group Offering
Free ‘Language Through Play’ Group – July
We are hosting a free play group in July, 2024 to teach parents and families about supporting early language at the park! We will be doing a little bit of everything….sensory play, book reading, free play at the park, and then a Q & A at the end. Snacks will be provided and one family will be selected to win a free book!
Free Summer Play Group at Veteran’s Park- Schedule
10:00-10:15- Blanket time (monster book reading & monster song)
10:15-10:45- Unstructured play (each family will play and the SLP will come around and provide teaching tips)
10:45-11:00- Snacks will be provided – kiddos will play with ‘jello dig’ and parents can ask the SLP questions about language and play
