To schedule a phone call:

If you’d like to schedule a phone consultation, please send us an email ([email protected]) with a day(s) of the week (Mon-Fri) that works best for you. We will do our very best to get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that a scheduled consultation is not indicative of a commitment to services, but instead is a tool to help us best understand how to support you and provide you with additional resources.

A phone consultation with us is free! It is a 10-15 minute conversation that will allow us to get to know one another and provide a space for you to ask any questions that you might have about speech therapy, developmental milestones, options for seeking out help and support, and more! If you are calling about specific concerns, we may ask you targeted questions to help guide our next steps. Depending on our conversation, we may suggest moving forward with some next steps or provide resources and references to support you!

If you have questions about speech therapy, are looking for programs/groups for your child, are seeking out support and information to support language development either proactively or due to concerns, if you are a homeschooling parent that is looking for support, or if you just need some guidance on where to go next, these are all things that we can discuss during our call. We will always start with your concerns/questions and go from there to determine how best to support you. Don’t hesitate to reach out or schedule a phone call with us…we are here to help! PS: phone consultations aren’t a commitment, they are just a tool to provide support and guidance and we will always try our best to help or connect with someone else who can.

If you’d like to prepare beforehand, you can write down any questions that you might have for us so that we can make the most of our time! You can ask us general questions about speech therapy, our company, our therapists, our process, or specific concerns. If you aren’t even sure what to ask or where to start, (don’t worry, we understand), we might ask you some guiding questions to help us support you better. Don’t worry if you don’t have time to think of all of your questions beforehand, we are always just an email or phone call away for any additional questions that you may have.

We are currently an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance at this time but we will provide you with a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. A Superbill can be submitted to your insurance company if your plan offers out-of-network benefits for the services received. Please feel free to inquire about our fee-for-service rates for evaluations and intervention.

YES! We send out regular emails through our email list with tips, tricks, products, and activity ideas!

As long as you let us know beforehand, we will work with you to reschedule whenever possible. In order to maintain scheduling accuracy, appointments that are not attended without previous notice will be charged a $25.00 fee after the second missed appointment and a $50.00 fee for additional missed appointments.

Yes, we love working with parents and helping you to ‘be the SLP’ for your little. Our goal is to empower you to understand how to best help your little at home while also fitting easy strategies into your daily routines. Here are some types of training we currently provide:

  1. Parent education is a part of each therapy session, so if we are servicing your child, this will be an important part of the treatment protocol.
  2. We also offer additional training sessions for parents who have a desire to learn about strategies that they can use for a particular difficulty their little might be having (reach out for a free consultation to learn more).
  3. We have just started offering virtual consultations for parents who want to learn how to support their littles with their speech and language development. In these consultations, we will take some time to answer any questions you have and we pick a few areas to focus on for you to learn about! You will also get accompanying handouts following these consultation sessions. Some areas that you may want to learn about include: play-skills, how to facilitate language when reading, what strategies can be incorporated into daily routines to foster language development, how to know which words to focus on, how to know which toys to buy, and more!!

There are several resources in our store aimed towards graduate students and we also have a question and answer video for graduate students available. With more specific questions, feel free to email us!

We do! We are happy to say that we offer teletherapy services so that your little can be serviced in the comfort of your home. We create scenes with green scenes, use virtual games, and encourage the child to interact with their toys and environment to ensure that teletherapy is interactive and fun! We have a free handout that you can download on our ‘services’ page. Hop on a phone consultation or email us to learn more and see if this would be a good fit for your little!

Taking the first step can be scary and uncertain…we are here to help. You can email us or schedule a free phone consultation to get started and we can talk with you about your concerns and determine what our next steps might be.

Yes, many parents decide to seek outside therapy in addition to school-based or early intervention programs. This decision depends on individual child-based and family-based factors, but many times, outside therapy can provide more intervention or education in a specific area that can support a child’s therapy plan. If you are considering this but are unsure, please call and chat with us to learn more and decide if this is right for you!
