A VARIETY OF EVIDENCE-BASED APPROACHES UTILIZED TO ADDRESS DIFFICULTIES DEPENDING ON AREAS OF NEED.
How It Works…
01. Initial Phone Consultation
Our first step is a phone consultation where we will talk about your concerns and questions and determine whether an assessment or screening is an appropriate next step.
02. Interview & Evaluation Determination
For summer services, we will work on determining whether an assessment or diagnostic therapy is most appropriate for treatment planning based on each individual student. We will look at the child’s IEP (if applicable), as well as any notes and outside evaluations and make a plan for assessment(s) when applicable.
03. Treatment Plan & Recommendations
We will look at the information gathered and work together as a team to develop goals and objectives (shorter term steps towards our long term goal) that are functional for your little, developmentally and clinically appropriate, and that address your personal goals and concerns for your little. Family is at the heart of our practice, so the treatment plan always includes dedicated time with caregivers to talk about current strategies and progress. For our summer intensives, this time also includes schedule planning.

Good faith Estimate notice
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. You are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) as a private-pay client through the No Surprises Act. This paperwork lists the estimated costs of services and related costs. Each private pay client will receive a GFE document that outlines estimated costs of services.
More information: Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. An updated GFE can be requested at any time. Be sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For more information, please see this website.
